SANMU SM901 SOLID INK ROLLS
Description
The SANMU SM9O1 Series Touch Dry ink roll is a foam roll impregnated with hot melt ink. The SANMU SM901 Series ink roll is SANMUs general, all purpose ink roll. It is made for use on SANMU Touch Dry coders, and is recommended for printing on most packaging films.
Major Performance Characteristics:
•； SANMU SM901 series offers good roll life, good abrasion resistance, and excellent adhesion.
•； SANMU SM901 series has very good adhesion to many packaging substrates including:
- polypropylene
- polyethylene
- surface printed films
- coated and uncoated cartons
SANMU SM902 SOLID INK ROLLS
Description
The SANMU SM902 Series Touch Dry ink roll is a foam roll impregnated with hot melt ink. It is made for use in SANMU Touch Dry coders, and is recommended for printing on most packaging films.
Major Performance Characteristics:
•； SANMU SM902 series ink roll offers superior roll life, moderate abrasion resistance, and good adhesion.
•； SANMU SM902 series ink roll provides improved print density.
•； SANMU SM902 may cause package to package ink offset. It may also cause pickoff to contact points on the packaging equipment.
•； Good adhesion to many packaging substrates including:
- polypropylene
- polyethylene
•； SANMU SM902 is not recommended for printing on mylar laminates or metalized backed substrates.
•； If SANMU SM902 series ink causes smearing, SANMU901 series ink should be used.
SANMU SM918 SOLID INK ROLLS
Description
The SANMU SM9I8 Series Touch Dry ink roll is a foam roll impregnated with hot melt ink. It is made for use in SANMU Touch Dry coders, and is recommended for printing on most packaging films. SANMU SM918 ink rolls have a low operating temperature and are recommended for printing on temperature sensitive packaging films, in addition to many other substrates.
