The two—arm GEDORE pullers, 1.04 and 1.06, feature a scale on the cross—beam to assist set—up. The markings offer a visual adjustment aid to enable symmetrical positioning of the legs on the cross—beam. When properly used, this allows uniform application of force through the jaws. Inaccurately aligned legs can work loose during the pulling process, leading to accidents, with the possible consequence of injuries and damage to tools. The end marking also indicates the maximum spread of the puller.
The GEDORE 1.06/B, 1.06/HSP—B and 1.07/B pullers have the new solid steel legs with special push—button release. When the push—button is pressed, the leg locking is released. This allows the legs to be slid along the cross—beam. When the button is released, the legs are locked in place on the cross—beam. This clamping and fixing mechanism increases safety and considerably minimizes the set—up time – the new Push and Pull System by GEDORE.
